In light of the customs authority’s application of the window system and in light of the issuance of Customs Law No. 207 of 2020 and the provisions of articles no. 71 to no. 82 on strictness of customs offenses in general

The clearance officials register the customs form No. 13 “export certificate”, accept it in customs record, complete the export procedures, extract the delivery voucher and release permission SAD
